Jessica Tsotsoros, PhD, OTR/L

Jessica serves as our executive director and is an occupational therapist passionate about helping children with disabilities and their families find strength and meaning in their everyday lives. She is a champion for providing appropriate wheelchairs in underserved communities. She enjoys connecting students and therapists to other countries and building collaborations to support the work of local therapists. She had the idea to start Wings Aloft to continue her desire to help children globally.

Cristi Carnahan, OTR/L

An occupational therapist with over 30 years of experience, Cristi provides services to children and adults who have developmental disabilities near and far.  Cristi is our president and our treasurer. Since 2017 she has used her occupational therapy skills in the mission field to serve people in Uganda, Costa Rica, Kenya, and Guatemala. 

Reagan Collins, OTR/L

Reagan serves as our vice president, as well as our fundraising chair. She is an occupational therapist with experience helping kids and adults with neurological conditions to participate in their meaningful activities. Through Wings Aloft, she has enjoyed serving those living with physical disabilities and developing her knowledge in wheelchair provisions needed in underserved areas.

Hailey Chamberlin, PT, DPT

Hailey is the global liaison for Wings Aloft. She is a missionary living in Kenya, serving as a physical therapist and working with a variety of populations on a daily basis. She is passionate about working with children, individuals with disabilities, and traveling overseas. Wings Aloft is an exciting way to combine these passions to help her serve her community locally and globally.

Katlyn McDonald, OTR/L

Katlyn serves as Wings Aloft’s secretary and enjoys every minute of it! She is an occupational therapist, currently working in early intervention, serving children aged 0-3 years. From a young age, she felt called to work with children, specifically those with developmental delays, and this passion continues to guide her career and life. Through Wings Aloft, she gets the opportunity to embody the love of Christ through service, all while using her devotion to serving children in underserved areas through and occupational therapy lens.

Lynn Jeffries

Dr. Lynn Jeffries is a distinguished leader and humanitarian with a career marked by exceptional contributions to physical therapy and rehabilitation science. As a Physical Therapist with over 35 years of experience, she has been especially passionate about serving children with disabilities and their families. 

As a founding member of Wings Aloft, Lynn continues to make a lasting impact on the organization, currently holding the title of Board Member Emeritus. She recently retired as Vice Chairman and Full Professor in the Rehabilitation Sciences Department at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, where she shaped the next generation of physical therapy professionals.

Lynn’s expertise and passion have earned her widespread recognition throughout her career. In 2024, she received the American Physical Therapy Association Humanitarian Award, an honor that reflects her tireless dedication to improving lives worldwide, particularly in underserved communities, through her clinical work, research, and advocacy efforts.

Lynn’s legacy is one of selfless service to those with disabilities, compassionate leadership, groundbreaking academic contributions, and a deep commitment to advancing the field of physical therapy both locally and globally. The Wings Aloft team is deeply grateful to Lynn for her visionary leadership, invaluable contributions, and unwavering commitment to our organization.
